i found the location very convenient as it is near the metro station. it made traveling around quite easy. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the staff, including joy and sherif, offered really good service.
i had a few issues . the air conditioning in my room wasn't working as well as it should have. the hotel only provided four small bottles of water per day, not enough (i had to buy extra water). i requested a birthday towel decoration, but it was never arranged.

i enjoyed the free water bottles they provided daily. the breakfast was extensive and had many options, including fresh pastries. the staff were very courteous.. sherif at the front desk particularly assisted with guest needs. i also found quick access to major highways which helped.
the air conditioning unit was not working properly. it kept stopping and starting. this made it difficult to sleep soundly.

The air conditioning decided to take a vacation of its own, leaving the room stuffy. I asked for a baby cot and I never got it. I had to sleep on the floor with my one-year-old.
